Chennai Super Kings won the toss and choose the bat first but they started with disaster and they never recover from it as Tanvir’s unbelievable 4-0-14-6 shocked the Super Kings innings for 109 which was IPL’s lowest score.
Set 110 for a win, Rajasthan Royals openers Graeme Smith and Swapnil Asnodkar put a good start on 78 runs for the first wicket which set the win for them as they won the match by 8 wickets. They really show that match could be winning with good team combination without super stars. They lost first match but since they are marching to semis.
After this match Chennai suffered a big setback as they lost 2 matches in rows and lost the no.1 position in IPL and Rajasthan Royals came out as a leader of IPL by winning 5th successive win in row.
